This champagne is made from a base of 70% Pinot Meunir, with 20% Pinot Noir, and 10% Chardonnay.
I-winereview.com scores Cuvee D’Aramis a 91 pt score, noting “flavors of melon, white cherry, and apricot complemented by toasty lees.”

Extra Selection Champange
An even blend of 35% Pinot Noir, 35% Pinot Meunier and 30% Chardonnay.
Decanter rates Trouillard Extra Selection 91 points, noting “attractive floral, biscuity and red berry scents.

Hershey’s Porter – Yuengling This limited edition unites Pennsylvania’s iconic Yuengling and Hershey brands into one special brew. Yuengling promises “smooth chocolate tones”. 4.7% ABV
Merry Monkey Belgian Style Ale – Victory Brewing Co. This unique holiday seasonal is a high gravity Belgian style ale, brewed with cranberry, orange peel, cinnamon and nutmeg. 10% ABV
Mad Elf Ale – Troegs Independent Brewing – Mad Elf Ale is brewed with local Pennsylvania honey, cherries, chocolate malt and “subtle spices”. 11% ABV
Christmas Ale – Breckenridge Brewery – This winter warmer is brewed with roasted malts. The brewer promises notes of caramel and chocolate, with a “spicy quality for balance and a clean finish.” 7.1 % ABV

Our featured wines this month come to us from Hahn Wines located in California’s Santa Lucia Highlands of Monterey County.
Hahn Pinot Noir 2019 is aged for 10 months in 35% new French oak barrels. The winemaker tasting notes include black and red cherry, raspberry and spices, while promising a “long lingering finish.” The San Francisco Chronicle named Hahn Pinot Noir 2019 “Best of Class” for their 2021 competition.
Hahn Rosé 2020 “offres delicate aromas of cherry, raspberry and watermelon and notes of fresh floral rose” – according to the winemakers at Hahn, who expect you’ll find a “pleasant dry finish”. Wine Enthusiast awards Hahn Rosé 2020 a 90 point score.

With too many awards to count, this popular blend of 75% Monastrell and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, wows critics with Wine Spectator noting,
