Ayni Malbec Paraje Altamira 2018

Our featured wine for January comes from Argentina’s Uco Valley. Ayni Malbec is made from 100 percent Malbec, fermented both with spontaneous and native yeasts, aged for 12 months in untoasted oak, and bottled unfiltered.

Critics unanimously award Ayni Malbec over 90 points.
